GYMMER shows you no cookie banner. That is not an oversight — it is because we do not set anything that requires your consent.

What we store on your device

Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive requires consent for storing or reading information on your device, except where the storage is strictly necessary to provide the service you asked for. Everything GYMMER stores falls in that exception:

• Session tokens — held in your browser's local storage and in a session cookie. These are what keep you signed in. Without them every page would ask for your password again. They are cleared when you sign out.
• Language preference — a cookie recording the language you chose, so the app and our emails come back in it.
• Interface preferences — small values such as your display settings, stored locally so the service looks the same next time.

What we do not do

We run no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, no analytics pixels, no fingerprinting and no cross-site tracking. We do not embed social-media buttons that phone home. No advertising network receives anything about you from us, because we do not work with any.

This is a deliberate choice rather than a temporary state. If it ever changes, you will get a real consent request — one where refusing is as easy as accepting — before anything is set, and this page will say so first.

Clearing it

Signing out clears your session. Your browser settings can clear the rest at any time; the only consequence is that you will be signed out and your language and display preferences will reset to their defaults.
