ABOUT
GYMMER
GYMMER is a strength-training app for people who lift. You build a training programme, log every set and rep as you train, and watch your progress accumulate — on the web today, and in native apps for iOS and Android.
What the app does
Plan the work
Build a programme from a library of more than 3,000 exercises, each with setup instructions, target muscles and equipment. An AI coach can write the split for you from your goal, your experience and the equipment you can actually reach — then move sessions and progress the load as your logged history comes in.
Log the session
Record every set, rep and weight while you train. Rest timers start themselves when a set lands, the next target is on screen before the timer ends, and sessions keep working on a phone with no signal — entries sync when you are back on a connection.
See what moved
Volume, estimated one-rep max and personal records are charted per lift, with a body map of the muscle groups you have actually trained. Set a target — a lift, a body weight, a streak, a weekly frequency — and every logged session counts toward it.
On every device
One account across the web app and the native iOS and Android apps. Plan a session at a desk, train with it on a phone, and find the same history on either. The core app is free, with no card required.
Your account and your data
GYMMER is not open yet. The waitlist takes an email address and uses it for one thing: to tell you when it is. When accounts do open you will be able to register with an email and a password, or use Google or Apple — and from those we would receive only your name, your email address and an account identifier, solely to create the account and sign you in.
Your workout data is yours. It is stored so the app can show it back to you and chart it over time. It is never used for advertising, never sold, and never shared with third parties for their own purposes. Training records describe your body, so they are handled as the sensitive data they are — the privacy policy sets out the legal basis, the retention periods and how to export or delete everything.

Who builds GYMMER
GYMMER is built and operated by a small independent team in Warsaw, Poland. It is not backed by a gym chain, a supplement brand or an advertising network, which is why the app can be free without selling anything about the people using it. Full service-provider details — registered name, tax number and address for service — are published in the legal notice.
Questions, bug reports and data requests all reach a person at our contact page. Correspondence in English is always accepted and answered.
Be in the gym on day one.
The core app is free forever — the full exercise library, unlimited logging, rest timers, goals and progress charts. No card, no trial clock.
