Ski Machine

Cardio machine targets lats, triceps, and calves

This cardio machine builds full-body endurance by synchronizing upper and lower body movements. It primarily targets the lats, triceps, and calves while engaging the core and legs.

HOW TO DO IT

  1. Stand on the foot platforms with feet hip-width apart.
  2. Grip the overhead handles with palms facing inward.
  3. Bend your knees slightly and hinge at the hips.
  4. Pull the handles down past your hips while pushing back.
  5. Drive your hips forward and extend arms overhead to return.

COMMON MISTAKES

  • Locking the knees instead of maintaining a soft bend.
  • Using only arm strength without engaging the hips.
  • Rounding the upper back while pulling the handles down.

TIPS

  • Initiate the pull with your lats, not just your arms.
  • Keep your core tight to prevent excessive swaying.
  • Drive through the mid-foot during the downward phase.
